Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ethnosphere. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days from receipt of order and confirmed payment into our accounts. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Indian Metro Cities (Class A & B).
# Air Courier cannot be used to ship, Lubricants, Oils and Aerosols. These items will be delivered thru Surface Courier only.
^ Courier charges levied will always be for a minimum of 1 Kg and multiples there-off.
